What are the responsibilities and job description for the X-Ray Technician position at Acruex?
Permanent (Full Time)
Hourly Range: $19.07/hour - $27.44/hour (dependent on years of experience, unionized)
Work Locations: Elk River, Minnetonka, Robbinsdale, Blaine, MN.
Shift: The X-Ray Operator performs diagnostic radiologic exams on infants, adolescent, adult and geriatric customers. In addition, performs allergy injections, aids in rooming customers and all duties related to the functioning of the Radiology Room.
- Ensures Radiology equipment is properly set up.
- Performs diagnostic tests per provider order.
- Maintains x-ray files.
- Maintains equipment and equipment records.
- Arranges maintenance and repair as necessary.
- Assists customer care area as appropriate.
- Accepts other duties as assigned to promote the accomplishment of organizational goals.
Submission Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent - Required
- Graduate of an X-Ray Operator Program - Required
- Previous Experience - Preferred
Certification Requirements
- BLS Certification
- Current Radiology Operator's Certification - Required
