Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain the daily schedule for both service technicians and installation teams
- Answer incoming calls and book jobs for the service department
- Communicate with customers daily for follow-ups, technician arrival updates, scheduling, and more
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of related experience in customer service, dispatching, or project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proactive and accountable, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially under pressure
- Familiarity with Service Titan and HVAC dispatching is ideal (training provided for the right candidate)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Age 18 years old
