We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications :
Responsibilities :
- Define and drive the overall UI / UX vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI / UX designers to produce world-class designs.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.
- Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and final design assets for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure a consistent and cohesive visual language across all products.
- Conduct or oversee user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to inform design decisions.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on research findings and user feedback.
- Act as a bridge between design, development, and business teams to ensure alignment.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of design assets.
- Stay updated on the latest UI / UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and recommend enhancements to the user experience.
