Qualification
- Business Analyst experience in software enhancement and new development projects, including gathering, prioritizing, and documenting business requirements with end-users.
- Extensive experience in analyzing and documenting complex business rules, workflow processes, and re-engineering business operations.
- Proven track record in leading and facilitating requirements gathering sessions with business and program subject matter experts, covering functional, non-functional, and security requirements.
- Comprehensive business analysis experience across all phases of application development, including requirements analysis, system design, data conversion, testing, and maintenance, with expertise in handling over 10 use cases and reports.
- Hands-on experience with Health Commerce System (HCS) Web Applications; Medicaid-related experience preferred.
- Proficient in using BA tools such as Visio, Balsamiq, Blueprint, and others for creating and maintaining process flows, wireframes, and documentation.
- Experience in QA testing with a focus on full system testing to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
