Job Title: Certified Business/Systems Analyst with BI Exp

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualification

• Extensive experience in Requirements Management, including the application of business functional and non-functional documentation, as well as expertise in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principles.
• Proficient in Requirements Analysis Methodologies, utilizing Agile, Scrum, and Lean frameworks to define business needs, establish objectives, and achieve desired outcomes.
• Skilled in Business Process Modeling, including the creation of process flows, swim lane diagrams, and entity diagrams using tools such as Microsoft Visio.
• Strong background in Quality Assurance Analysis, encompassing the testing and validation of requirements to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Demonstrated expertise in Data Analysis, with hands-on experience using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for data visualization, reporting, and insights generation.
• Proven ability in Problem Solving, identifying and defining business challenges and implementing effective solutions to address them.
• Knowledgeable in advanced methodologies, including IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) standards, Six Sigma practices, and the AIC (Analyze, Improve, Control) framework.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Subject7, and Mabl, supporting efficient and scalable testing processes.
• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
