Qualifications
- Extensive experience in data modeling, including the design and creation of DataMarts and data warehouses using Star and Snowflake schemas within the insurance sector.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI systems.
- Skilled in developing, documenting, and maintaining end-to-end ETL data pipelines using IBI Data Migrator or similar tools.
- Experience in building data warehouses specifically for the Workers' Compensation insurance industry, encompassing areas such as medical billing, claims, DBL, PFL, underwriting, premium calculations, and payroll.
- Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL development, including the use of triggers, stored procedures, packages, and advanced query optimization, as well as database design and implementation.
- Experienced in implementing data governance programs with a strong understanding of data management, data quality, and data lineage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or Data Science.
