- Proficient in supporting and maintaining Windows Server environments.
- Skilled in working with Oracle products and applications, including installations, upgrades, patches, system changes, adapter deployment, and system log analysis.
- Expertise in creating and optimizing complex SQL queries for enhanced database performance.
- Hands-on experience with programming and scripting technologies such as .Net, ASP, VB Script, and Batch Script.
- Experienced in administering Oracle Service Cloud, MySQL Databases, or Oracle Policy Automation (OPA).
- Adept at performing a wide range of testing, including automated, performance, unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Competent in using and managing Google Cloud Platform services, including BigQuery.
