ERP Specialist

Job Title: ERP Specialist (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance and reliability.
• Configure and customize ERP modules to meet business requirements and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues and system errors.
• Develop and deliver training to end-users on ERP functionality and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, recommending improvements and optimizations.
• Coordinate with IT and external vendors for system upgrades, patches, and integrations.
• Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and identify areas for process improvement.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
• Stay current with ERP industry trends and updates to provide strategic recommendations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and HR.
• Experience with ERP system configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
