Qualifications
- Experience working within a Government Taxation organization, encompassing the technical design, development, maintenance, and end-user support for tax or audit systems.
- Experience in Java programming within an IBM development environment, utilizing IBM's Rational Application Developer (RAD) IDE, with applications deployed on Websphere Application Server (WAS). Demonstrated expertise with EAD4J and JADE frameworks.
- Experience in system analysis and design for multi-tiered transactional systems, including the creation of technical design specification documents for complex, component-based systems.
- Experience in Websphere Integration Development (WID), specifically using Websphere Process Server (WPS) for the design and implementation of applications involving BPEL Processes, State Machines, and SCA/SDO components.
- Experience with IBM DB2, involving work with DB2 databases and experience in defining, querying, and generating XML schemas.
- Experience in application performance analysis and tuning.
