Qualifications
- Experience leading projects in domains such as Human Services, Law Enforcement (Investigations), or Justice (Legal, Courts), managing all phases from requirements definition to deployment. This includes identifying schedules, scope, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, and mitigating risks using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Experience facilitating meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, business users, and developers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Experience developing and executing Enterprise Change Management strategies, plans, and activities to help individuals adapt to changes in business processes, systems, technology, and organizational structures.
- Experience leading requirements elicitation sessions with executives, managers, developers, and subject matter experts using various information-gathering methods such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, site visits, and business models.
- Experience as a Project Manager for a Human Services Case Management application, managing workflows, case lifecycles, activities, tasks, related documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience contributing to the establishment of Project Management Office (PMO) standards, processes, and internal controls, including establishing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience facilitating project/release retrospectives and evaluating project outcomes and success criteria to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience working on projects within State Government, with a deep understanding of its specific challenges and requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, or Education.
- Certification focused on communication (e.g., counseling, mediation, education).
