Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst - Infor Cloud Suite

Location: San Jose, California (Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Infor CloudSuite applications, including ERP, financials, and other modules.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and configurations to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Infor CloudSuite tools and associated reporting platforms.
• Analyze data to support business processes, financial planning, and operational decision-making.
• Integrate Infor CloudSuite with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, HRM, and supply chain management.
• Ensure data consistency and interoperability across systems through APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Lead and manage projects related to Infor CloudSuite, including implementations, enhancements, and customizations.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide advanced support for Infor CloudSuite users, including troubleshooting complex issues and resolving system-related problems.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure effective use of the system.
• Configure Infor CloudSuite modules and workflows to meet organizational needs and improve business processes.
• Customize Infor CloudSuite through scripting, integration, and development to enhance system capabilities.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data within Infor CloudSuite.
• Implement and enforce data governance and standards for Infor CloudSuite data.
• Contribute to the development of strategies and roadmaps for Infor CloudSuite to align with organizational goals.
• Stay informed about new Infor CloudSuite features and industry trends to recommend improvements.
• Ensure Infor CloudSuite systems comply with relevant regulations, security standards, and internal policies.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive business and financial data.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience:
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with Infor CloudSuite, including system administration, configuration, and support.
• Proven experience with Infor CloudSuite modules such as ERP, Financials, Supply Chain, and others.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Infor CloudSuite system architecture, configuration, and customization.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and integration techniques relevant to Infor CloudSuite.
• Experience with Infor reporting tools and familiarity with SQL.
• Certifications:
• Relevant certifications such as Infor Certified Professional or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong project management skills.
• Education:
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
