Qualifications
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and analyzing system artifacts.
- Experience in developing and maintaining system documentation, including business, user, and functional requirements, project process documentation, quality assurance plans, and contingency operation reports.
- Experience in creating use cases, process models, workflows, screen mock-ups, report mock-ups, and technical documentation, with a strong attention to detail.
- Quality assurance experience that includes creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts; executing functional and system tests, including regression testing, using manual and automated tools; and recording results with HP ALM/Quality Center or similar tools. This includes identifying and documenting application defects, tracking them to resolution, and performing necessary retesting, as well as noting deficiencies in system documentation and ensuring thorough test coverage by mapping requirements to test cases.
- Experience in validating requirements and executing test cases specifically for web services, using testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or equivalent.
