Job Title : BI (Business Intelligence) Analyst
Location : Menands, NY(Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification :
- Hands-on experience in quality assurance testing of reports, performing SQL analytics, and working with Oracle SQL, including defect management and developing user acceptance testing (UAT) documents such as test plans.
- Skilled in gathering and documenting report requirements, creating end-user documentation, including business reporting requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, report mockups, wireframes, and flow diagrams.
- Extensive experience across all phases of report support and specifications development, including design, testing, and maintenance.
- Strong background in business intelligence tools and data analysis methodologies.
- Expertise in developing end-user training materials for Analytics, Dashboards, and Business Intelligence or application reports.
- Proven ability to develop and implement system and workflow processes within a Business Intelligence environment.
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Information Science, Criminal Justice, Health Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Public / Business Administration.
