Job Title : Business Analyst(Health and Human Services )

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations to understand the needs and requirements of health and human services programs.
- Analyze program performance and identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct business process analysis to recommend changes and enhancements in workflows, policies, and systems.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for new or modified programs, projects, or systems.
- Provide data analysis and reporting on health and human services metrics, trends, and outcomes.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new solutions, including system enhancements or integrations, to meet client needs.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, including subject matter experts, to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Ensure that business requirements are properly documented and communicated to development teams or stakeholders.
- Perform gap analysis to ensure current processes are in line with industry best practices and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, ACA, Medicaid, or other relevant standards).
- Support the development of business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments for new programs or initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
- Stay informed on trends and regulations within the health and human services sector to provide informed recommendations.
