Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Create comprehensive documentation including user stories use cases process flows and technical requirements.
- Analyze business processes identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business units development teams and QA teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Support project managers in planning monitoring and delivering IT projects within scope time and budget.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Monitor the performance of IT solutions and recommend improvements based on feedback and analytics.
