- Technical Analysis & Interpretation : Expertise in analyzing and interpreting technical information including regulations policies and automation system documentation / specifications.
- Written Communication : Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate user and business needs into a technical style and communicate technical instructions to system users.
- Work Coordination : Proven ability to plan and coordinate individual and group work activities effectively to achieve project goals.
- Problem Diagnosis : Ability to detect diagnose and resolve application problems swiftly and effectively minimizing system downtime and disruptions.
- Technical Design : Expertise in creating technical designs for solutions to problems ensuring they align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Ability to work professionally with a wide range of stakeholders ensuring clear communication and collaboration across departments and teams.
- Documentation : Experience preparing concise business requirements technical specifications documents and related artifacts to support system development and maintenance.
