Job Title : Business Analyst
Location : Menands NY(Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification :
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing stakeholder business needs using various analysis techniques translating them into validated functional and nonfunctional requirements including functional specifications nonfunctional needs reporting requirements and business rules.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining software development documentation to communicate requirements such as business cases business requirements documents (BRDs) use cases report mockups wireframes and flow diagrams. Proficient in creating context diagrams textual use cases swim lane diagrams report specifications user interface specifications and nonfunctional requirement documentation.
- Skilled in facilitating requirement workshops including JAD sessions and structured walkthroughs ensuring clear communication alignment and fulfillment of business and technical requirements.
- Handson experience managing the full requirements lifecycle including the development and execution of requirements management plans maintaining requirements traceability establishing baselines and overseeing change control processes.
- Strong background in creating test plans developing test cases and collaborating with users to conduct successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
- Bachelors degree in Business Intelligence Information Science Criminal Justice Health Science Computer Science Mathematics or Public / Business Administration.
