Job Title : Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst (US Citizens Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications :
Key Responsibilities :
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and KPIs for various business functions.
- Monitor business performance and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Utilize BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) to design and implement interactive dashboards and reports.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all BI platforms.
- Support data governance initiatives to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
- Collaborate with IT teams to streamline data extraction and improve data infrastructure.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reports and dashboards.
- Design and create visually appealing data visualizations that provide clear insights.
- Use charts, graphs, and other visualization techniques to simplify complex data.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within data reporting and analysis.
- Continuously review and refine BI systems to improve performance and usability.
