Job Title : Finance & Accounting Business Analyst

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities :
- Analyze and document finance and accounting processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to optimize financial systems and reporting.
- Develop financial models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and other financial regulations.
- Work with stakeholders to automate financial processes and improve data integrity.
- Support ERP system implementation and integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Analyze financial trends, variances, and risks to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare documentation, training materials, and user guides for financial systems.
