Job Title : IT Acquisition Support Specialist

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the procurement and acquisition of IT hardware software and services.
- Prepare and review purchase orders contracts and procurement documents to ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors suppliers and internal teams to facilitate IT acquisitions.
- Monitor and track IT procurement requests ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
- Maintain an updated database of IT assets contracts and vendor agreements.
- Support budget planning and cost analysis for IT acquisitions.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and service agreements with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and organizational acquisition policies.
- Provide reports and recommendations for improving the IT acquisition process.
