- Skilled in managing implementation activities to drive goal achievement and project success.
- Demonstrated ability to independently analyze, resolve, and correct issues in real time, ensuring end-to-end problem resolution.
- Proficient in maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, user stories (e.g., JIRA), status updates, meeting minutes, and project descriptions.
- Experienced in proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to project development and delivery.
- Expertise in providing insights and guidance on operational process design, with a focus on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
