Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, test, and maintain applications and software solutions using MUMPS, ensuring they meet the specific needs of healthcare clients.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to understand healthcare requirements and translate them into efficient MUMPS-based applications.
- Write high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Maintain and upgrade existing MUMPS applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7).
- Integrate MUMPS applications with other systems and third-party applications, ensuring smooth data exchange and interoperability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in live applications, providing timely fixes and support.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in development.
- Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Assist in system testing and quality assurance to ensure applications are functioning optimally.
