Job Title : Office 365 Administrator
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications :
Responsibilities :
- Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online SharePoint Teams OneDrive and related services.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability of Office 365 services.
- Implement security policies and best practices including access control multifactor authentication (MFA) and data loss prevention (DLP).
- Manage user accounts licenses and permissions within Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Active Directory.
- Support email and messaging systems including configuring spam filtering mail flow rules and hybrid setups.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to monitor and mitigate security risks related to Office 365.
- Provide user training and technical support for Office 365 applications.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies backup and retention strategies.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 updates and new features to enhance efficiency and security.
