Job Title : PeopleSoft Architect
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities :
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of PeopleSoft applications, including Financials, HCM, and Campus Solutions modules.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into PeopleSoft solutions that align with business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of PeopleSoft with other enterprise applications, including third-party systems and external services.
- Evaluate and recommend best practices, tools, and technologies to improve the performance, scalability, and security of PeopleSoft applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring code and solutions are built to architectural standards.
- Develop strategies for system upgrades, patch management, and ongoing maintenance of PeopleSoft applications.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure that PeopleSoft solutions align with business requirements.
- Ensure that PeopleSoft environments are optimized for performance and that systems are highly available.
- Participate in the management and resolution of any technical issues or escalations related to PeopleSoft applications.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.
