Job Title : Project Manager (US Citizens Only)
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications :
Responsibilities :
- Plan execute and oversee projects from initiation through completion ensuring delivery on time within scope and within budget.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including business leaders product teams and technical teams to define project objectives deliverables and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans that outline scope schedule resources and risk mitigation strategies ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Manage project budgets and resources tracking progress and ensuring efficient allocation of personnel tools and equipment.
- Identify track and resolve project risks issues and dependencies escalating to leadership as necessary and implementing corrective actions when required.
- Lead project meetings providing clear communication on project status goals and next steps and ensuring alignment among all stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage crossfunctional teams including developers designers and operations personnel to deliver project milestones.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and adhere to internal and external compliance guidelines.
- Foster a collaborative productive team environment facilitating problemsolving and ensuring team members have the resources and support they need to succeed.
- Monitor project progress track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on status to leadership ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate change management efforts by coordinating with relevant teams to manage project scope changes and adjusting schedules and resources accordingly.
- Maintain detailed project documentation including project charters risk logs schedules meeting notes and status reports.
- Ensure that all project requirements are understood and clearly communicated across teams addressing any ambiguity or misalignment early in the process.
- Manage client expectations and ensure that the final product meets or exceeds their needs providing regular updates and gathering feedback throughout the project.
- Coordinate with external vendors contractors and thirdparty partners as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback on project processes and using lessons learned to optimize future project delivery.
