Job Title : QA Automation Engineer

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Required Qualifications :

Web Application Testing : Experience testing complex web applications.
SDLC Testing : Experience testing all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Automation Testing : Experience with test automation using Selenium and TestNG.
API Testing : Experience with API testing using REST-assured-based frameworks.
Database / SQL : Experience in database testing and writing SQL queries.
Java Programming : Experience in Java programming for test automation.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with test automation using open-source technologies or custom frameworks.

Experience in API testing using both SOAP and REST protocols.

Experience with JIRA for defect tracking and project management.

Experience using Zephyr Scale for test case management.

Previous experience testing educator certification systems is a plus.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for web applications and APIs across all phases of SDLC.

Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, and REST-assured-based tools.

Perform API testing to validate the integration and functionality of RESTful and SOAP services.

Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate database operations.

Collaborate with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively.

Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on test coverage and quality metrics.

Ensure high-quality deliverables by adhering to best practices in testing and automation.

Maintain test scripts and enhance automation strategies to improve test efficiency.

Utilize JIRA and Zephyr Scale for defect tracking and test case management.

Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements.
