Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the overall IT strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for technology-driven innovation and recommend best practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all IT-related matters, including strategic planning, investments, and risk management.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability within the IT team.
- Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery planning is in place.
- Ensure security measures, data integrity, and compliance with regulations are followed throughout all IT processes.
- Oversee and manage large-scale IT projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure that IT projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.
- Communicate progress, risks, and resource needs effectively to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, consultants, and technology partners.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that support business processes
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Ensure cost-effective management of IT resources and expenditures.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT operations and projects.
- Proactively identify potential IT risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the organization's IT infrastructure is protected against cyber threats and data breaches.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in IT and cybersecurity.
