Job Title : Senior Technical Project Manager

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget control.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation, to guide successful project execution.
• Work closely with technical teams (developers, architects, engineers) to understand project requirements, dependencies, and risks.
• Define project objectives, goals, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure they align with business priorities.
• Lead the coordination and communication across all project teams, stakeholders, and business units to ensure project progress and expectations are clear.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks, escalating where necessary to ensure project delivery remains on track.
• Oversee project scope and change management processes, ensuring that any deviations are handled effectively and in a controlled manner.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring that the projects are delivered within financial and time constraints.
• Provide status reports and updates to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and proactive communication of project progress.
• Implement and promote best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.), ensuring teams are following the most effective approach.
• Lead post-project reviews, gathering feedback to improve processes and ensure continued success in future projects.
• Mentor and support junior project managers or team members, helping them to grow professionally.
