Job Title : Systems Analyst (need over 15 years of exp)
Location : Austin Texas (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Required Skills and Experience :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience. Proven experience analyzing new or existing procedures information systems or utility programs for efficiency and effectiveness. Strong ability to test and diagnose systems to ensure that critical requirements are met. Experience working in an Agile Scrum or SDLC environment. Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills. Strong communication and documentation skills to translate business needs into technical requirements. Preferred Skills :
Experience with Microsoft Azure Microsoft Dynamics 365 TFS and Azure DevOps. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with State or Government IT projects and compliance requirements. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business units including product managers PMO and architecture teams. Experience in risk identification and mitigation planning. Key Responsibilities :
Analyze and assess new or existing procedures information systems or utility programs for efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct system testing and diagnostics to ensure that critical requirements and performance standards are met. Identify document and recommend process improvements to enhance system performance and user experience. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and document business and technical requirements. Support project teams by providing insights and recommendations on infrastructure solutions. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with industry best practices organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
