Job Title : Technical Writer (LMS Systems)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications :
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain user guides training manuals FAQs and system documentation for the LMS.
- Create clear and concise technical content that helps users understand and utilize the LMS efficiently.
- Collaborate with LMS administrators IT teams and trainers to gather information and ensure accurate documentation.
- Develop stepbystep instructions screenshots and video tutorials for system navigation and troubleshooting.
- Update documentation to reflect new features system updates and best practices.
- Ensure all content is wellstructured consistent and aligned with company branding and communication standards.
- Assist in the creation of elearning materials course outlines and assessments when needed.
- Maintain a knowledge base or online help center to support endusers and administrators.
