Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and versatile professional to join our team in a multifunctional role encompassing Financial Aid, Job Placement, and School Administration. This position requires an individual with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping students succeed.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Aid Officer /School Administrator
- Assist students with the financial aid application process, including FAFSA and other funding sources.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state financial aid regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial aid records and documentation.
- Provide financial aid counseling to students regarding payment plans, grants, and scholarship options.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain student records, manage scheduling, and coordinate classroom assignments.
- Support faculty and staff with administrative needs.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and accreditation requirements.
with Internship Coordinator function
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers to secure job opportunities for students.
- Guide students in resume preparation, interview techniques, and career readiness skills.
- Track job placements and maintain accurate employment records for reporting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial field (finance, banking, accounting, or financial aid).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and assist students effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and student management systems is a plus.
- Training will be provided, but prior experience in education administration or financial aid is preferred.
