JOB REQUIREMENTS : Job Details Level Experienced Job Location Corporate Headquarters - New Berlin, WI Position Type Full Time Education Level 4 Year Degree Job Shift Day Job Category Information Technology Description The Systems Administrator maintains the technical and administrative support for networks, servers, desktops, laptops, and printers. Maintains knowledge of existing hardware and software in use to maximize the efficiency of the systems. Creates written documentation of network and systems infrastructure, along with periodic reviews and recommendations for enhancements. Provides computer and network support relating to software and hardware problems reported by users Adds and maintains users on the network; assigns application access, security and supports configurations within standards Manage and maintains backup solution with an air gap to provide system recovery if or when necessary Maintains and improves Cyber Security initiatives, including Antivirus, Network and E-mail Filtering, and Firewall Tuning. Installs new software applications and hardware on the LAN, coordinating assistance from third parties when necessary Gathers bid prices on software, equipment, and supplies as needed Determines future purchase requirements for additional hardware or software Manage multiple tasks, maintain maintenance logs, and monitor support Monitor and report licenses on applications to ensure compliance quarterly Clone and build laptops or desktops as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Proficiency with Active Directory, NTFS security, Group Policy, and related client management tasks Proficiency with Veeam Backup and Replication or similar backup solutions Proficiency with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V experience preferred) Proficiency with wired and wireless networking (routing, switching, VLAN, TCP / IP, DHCP, DNS) Proficiency with WAN connectivity technologies (IPsec and Fortigate) Proficiency with Exchange Online, Office 365, Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure Associates degree, Bachelors in MIS or Computer Science preferred, and at least 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
