Overview :
A Well-established civil and environmental engineering firm that has been serving the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years is seeking a motivated Civil Designer to join their organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of civil and environmental engineering projects while collaborating with a talented and experienced team. This full-time position is located in Troutdale, OR.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate on a range of projects, including roadway design, residential subdivisions, municipal infrastructure, and commercial developments.
- Utilize Civil 3D and AutoCAD to assist in drafting, designing, and preparing standard engineering documents.
- Design streets, utilities, and grading in compliance with AASHTO, AWWA, DEQ, OHA, and APWA standards.
- Conduct calculations for water systems and open-channel hydraulics using specialized software.
- Support project engineers with document review, material submittals, and construction observation as needed.
