They will manage staff, foster a positive work environment, and drive operational compliance through KPI enforcement and process improvement. The successful candidate will have a firsthand approach and be committed to our business's expansion and success, increasing productivity and enabling operational target achievements.General Responsibilities : Oversee day-to-day outbound operations with flexible availability to support late shifts and weekends.Responsible for our operational performance KPIs. Identify and track key-level metrics.Ensure our operations follow established standard operating procedures published by the executive and leadership team.Hire, train, coach, and motivate employees.
