What We Offer:
- Competitive Hourly Rate:$23 - $25/hour to start
- Work-from-Home Opportunity:A chance to work from home after completing our onsite training program
- Paid Training:In-person training at our Coppell, TX location (1225 Freeport Pkwy) for applicants within 30 miles of the training site
- Bonus Incentive:$1,000 bonus for candidates with an active Property & Casualty License (external candidates only)
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:Resolve customer inquiries via phone calls, ranging from membership maintenance to adding vehicles to insurance policies
- Problem-Solving:Listen to customer issues and provide meaningful solutions while proactively offering valuable products and services
- Team Collaboration:Engage with fellow team members and customers with a can-do attitude
- Adaptability:Thrives in a dynamic environment, open to coaching and development for positive growth
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience:Prior experience in customer-facing roles
- Call Center Experience:Recent experience in call center environments is preferred
- Communication Skills:Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Multitasking:Ability to multitask and perform well in fast-paced environments
- Training:Proficiency in computers and ability to progress through continuous training and development
- Education:High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background Check:Must pass a background check and drug test
