What are the responsibilities and job description for the Membership Retention Agent position at ACSI Auto Club Services LLC?
This position makes outbound phone calls to lapsed members in order to renew those memberships.
Job Duties
Using a predictive dialing tool, call lapsed members to generate a renewed membership.
Invoice memberships sold and process payments.
Maintain up-to-date, working knowledge of membership products, features and benefits.
Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
Qualifications
High School GED Required
1-3 years Customer service or sales. Preferred
Professional communication skills required, both written and oral.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and assignments required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word and Excel required.
Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $22.00. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $48,400.00 - $59,200.00 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
