Job Title : Finance SAP Project User
Duration : 6 months contract
Location : Woodcliff Lake, NJ - 07677 ( Hybrid Work : 3 days per week required)
Rate : $45-$54 / hr on W2 (No C2C)
Job Description :
The PMO Analyst is responsible for providing project management support and analysis to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the organization. The PMO Analyst works closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, identify, and mitigate risks, and optimize project performance. The Finance SAP Project User is responsible for testing and validating the functionality of SAP systems and applications within the organization. The Finance SAP Project User works closely with the IT team, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP-related solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the finance team and subject matter experts to understand and document business requirements and ensure the SAP system is configured to meet those needs.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new SAP financial features or modules.
- Provide support to other finance users on the effective use of SAP for financial management.
- Identify and report any issues or errors within the SAP financial modules, and work with the Project team to resolve them.
- Assist in the implementation and rollout of new SAP financial features or modules.
- Serve as a point of contact for finance-related SAP inquiries and support.
- Execute comprehensive test cases to validate the functionality of SAP financial modules, configurations, and integrations.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing on SAP financial systems.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing, and work with the IT and development teams to resolve them.
- Serve as a liaison between the subject matter experts and the IT department, effectively communicating testing results and requirements.
- Support on developing training materials and sessions to finance end-users on the proper use of SAP financial modules.
