Job Title : Technical Trainer II (35719000)
Duration : 12 months contract
Locations : Columbia, SC - 29223 (Onsite)
Rate : $32 / hr on W2 (No C2C)
Manager Notes :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree Computer Information Systems / Technology, Instructional Technology, Education, or other job related field
- 2 years Training experience, including I / T course development and delivery, and 3 years I / T technical experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2 years Training experience, including I / T course development and delivery and 1 year I / T technical experience with a Masters degree.
- Role is Onsite
- Technical and business training required. Microsoft products.
- Nice to Have : Develop documentation for custom applications and packaged applications, using a variety of mediums as needed. Deliver training to a variety of audiences. Identify needed accesses and modifications for the training system environment.
- Must have developed training and have experience with delivering training to all levels of staff. Executives to technicians.
- Soft Skils : Adaptability.
- 25% Create and deliver training and development programs to all levels of end-users and IT professionals.
- 25% Code, test, and debug programs specifically for training.
- 25% Work closely with both I / t and the business to understand system and training needs for applications and packages supported.
- 25% Participate in the training needs assessment process and vendor selection.
Summary :

Required

In-depth knowledge of systems, applications, and programming languages. Required Software and Other Tools : Classroom and standard office equipment.
