Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Company looking for an office manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization, credentialing of drivers and vendors, billing, answering phones, scheduling and dispatching trips (when needed). Full time (8am-5pm Monday - Friday). Starting pay is $14 per hour. Raises and benefits available upon growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations
- Oversee billing
- Manage records and information
- Plan and maintain work facilities
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
- Dispatch Trips / Schedule (when needed)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office management or other related fields preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Work unsupervised
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
