We are looking for a talented and creative Senior Graphic Design Manager with a portfolio that reflects broad experience across channels and media, including digital advertising, social media graphics, web design assets, image editing, long-form ebook and whitepaper design, collateral and booth design for in-person and remote events, internal and external slide deck presentations, and more.
This role serves as the lead graphic designer for the team, supporting a Creative Director with a copywriting and content strategy background. As such, the senior graphic design manager will provide not just design services but expertise and a strong point of view on brand design and creative team process. The senior design manager should also be capable of taking the lead on key design-intensive projects with minimal supervision. The senior graphic design manager thrives in a dynamic, multidisciplinary marketing team, and should be comfortable working directly with sales, marketing, and engineering professionals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing campaign assets for integrated marketing campaigns and focused product marketing campaigns
- Managing design asset libraries, including creating and editing photography and illustrations according to brand standards
- Supporting the development of the website by contributing to new page designs and ensuring new features and components are on-brand
- Directing agencies and contractors in the creation of key assets, under the supervision of the creative director
- Following internal project management processes and contributing to improvements to and refinements of those processes
- Developing slide presentations for executive presentations and webinar programs, including creating data graphics
- Shepherding the Act-On brand by always creating assets and deliverables according to our brand standards and intelligently applying the brand to new areas
- Collaborating with marketing department leaders to meet the requirements of their briefs and help bring their ideas to life
- Leading key design projects independently with minimal supervision
Secondary responsibilities: (Nice to haves)
We are open to candidates with complementary skills and experiences that they can bring to the role, including but not limited to:
- Video editing and motion graphics skills
- Experience with rebrands and new design systems
- Knowledge of AI tools for design
Who You Are:
- 5-7 years of related experience in an agency or in-house creative team
- Advanced level proficiency with design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Prior experience ideating and brainstorming campaigns, and progressing work from conceptual frameworks to polished execution
- Breadth of experience in design, including but not limited to static images, long-form ebooks, web pages, slide decks and event collateral
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, while collaborating with the creative director to prioritize
- Experience working with B2B technology companies, especially SaaS, preferred
- General knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics, and ability to collaborate with marketing colleagues

Compensation:
The anticipated annual compensation for this position will be $85,000-$95,000. Compensation packages are based on a combination of factors, including the selected candidate’s skills, experience as well as internal and external equity.
