We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Intern who is hungry to learn, and eager to contribute to the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in social media content and marketing fundamentals, as well as an interest in learning about SaaS technology. Experience in creating content for social media is preferred. We are open to an intern with a unique range of skills and experience. Applicants with complementary skills such as graphic design, writing, video editing, or animation, are encouraged to apply. What You’ll Be Doing
Primary responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide valuable support to the marketing team with day-to-day social media management tasks, including:
- Managing, curating, posting, and tracking content for social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Providing ongoing community management that’s friendly, helpful, transparent and on-brand
- Drafting and creating social posts, and revising and adjusting posts based on feedback from the marketing team
- Collaborating with team to generate content ideas and identify opportunities on social
- Keeping up with projects in the team’s project management system, and completing administrative social media tasks
- Identifying key online influencers and assisting with outreach
- Reporting on social media engagement, community growth, and notable comments and feedback from the community
Secondary responsibilities: (Nice to have)
We are open to candidates with complementary skills and experiences that they can bring to the role, including but not limited to:
- Graphic design and photo-editing ability (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma)
- Video content creation experience, including onscreen experience
- Social media or general marketing strategy experience
- Additional writing or content editing experience

- Knowledge of and experience with social media platforms
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Be flexible and enjoy a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Willingness to learn with a go-getter attitude

Compensation:
The hourly compensation for this position will be $25/hr, and the contract will be 20 hours per week for Spring and Summer.
