Site Supervisor Unarmed Security Guard
Schedule :
Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm
Wage : $27.00 / hour
Key Responsibilities :
- Security Account Management
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security plans tailored to the needs of a Class A office building.
Conduct regular risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement mitigation strategies.Oversee access control systems, surveillance equipment, and emergency response protocols.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety and security regulations.Team Leadership and TrainingTrain and manage a team of security officers, managing 336 hours per week
Conduct regular team meetings, on-the-job training, and performance evaluations.Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement within the security team.Tenant and Visitor EngagementServe as the primary point of contact for tenants and building management regarding security concerns.
Collaborate with tenants to address their specific security needs and provide timely updates on safety measures.Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, ensuring minimal disruption.Crisis Management and Emergency ResponseDevelop and maintain emergency response plans, including fire drills, evacuation protocols, and disaster recovery plans.
Lead the response to on-site emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement, fire departments, and other emergency services.5. Reporting and Documentation
Maintain detailed records of all security activities, incidents, and investigations.Prepare and present regular security reports to property management.Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in security management, with at least 2 years in a Class A office building or similar environment.Certifications : Level 2 Guard License in the State of Texas.Skills :
