This might be the perfect opportunity for you!In this role you will : An Implementation Specialist at Actabl assists with the implementation, deployment, and documentation of software as a service (Saas) systems. Uses customer requirements provided by Project Manager to configure applications to meet customer-specific business processes. If necessary, works with customers during deployment of business solutions. Configures the solutions through deployment, training, and hand-off activitiesTypical Functions : System setup, data loading, report building, and data mapping for all implementation projects.Assist Project Manager with customer calls and meetings for support and project review if necessary.Maintain strong communication on project status and any necessary escalations to Project Manager.Updates notes on Client accounts as it relates to custom configuration and process flows.Identifies configuration problems and researches alternatives through testing and consulting with peers.Configures and deploys enterprise applications and business processes.Supports business process testing of the application prior to end-user acceptance testing.Ensures that all projects are delivered on time.Other duties or functions may be assigned.
