Job Description
As a QA Technician, you will conduct general food micro testing, including generic pathogenic micro testing, under the guidance of the Quality Assurance Supervisor or as outlined in the protocol. You will also revise, edit, and create quality documents, count and record micro plate counts, and assist in processing samples from receipt through testing. This includes all associated documentation and recordkeeping, ensuring thorough and timely completion of all steps as outlined in the protocol, and promptly communicating with the Quality Assurance Supervisor. You will follow GMP/GLP guidelines throughout your work.
Responsibilities

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
You will help lead a team of 10 individuals and report to the QA Supervisor. This is a fully onsite role with two openings on the 3rd shift: one from 10:30 pm to 6:00 am, and the other from 12:00 am to 8:00 am. You may occasionally be required to work weekends depending on the volume of samples going out the door.
