Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with multiple team members and Project Managers throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will interface with clients and contractors to ensure the delivery of design intent, coordinate with consultants to meet project budgets and schedules, and produce construction documents. Additionally, you will be involved in production, detailing and specifications, space planning, and developing client presentations.
Responsibilities

- Produce construction documents and specifications.
- Engage in space planning and detailing.
- Develop client presentations in collaboration with Project Managers.
- Provide permit/construction documents using Revit.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Experience with construction documents and architectural design.
- Knowledge of construction administration and project management.
- Expertise in design development and schematic design.
- Ability to produce construction drawings and documentation.
- Understanding of building systems, codes, and standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 5-7 years of commercial/corporate office experience.
- Previous experience preparing construction documents for commercial building construction and interiors projects.
- Architectural licensure is required.
Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid work environment, with 4 days a week in the office and 1 day working from home. The office features a casual, business casual dress code, open seating, and no cubicles. Employees will have their own workstation in the studio. The firm specializes in medical office, corporate office, retail, and healthcare projects, typically medium-sized with a life cycle of about 3-4 weeks, ensuring an efficient process.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
