Job Title: Architectural Production Designer

Job Description

We are seeking an Architectural Production Designer to support a team working on K-12, Civic, and Higher Education projects. This role is focused on production and does not require licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support the production team in delivering high-quality architectural designs.
• Utilize Revit extensively for drafting and design tasks.
• Assist in construction administration and interior design tasks.
• Contribute to schematic design and architectural design projects.

Essential Skills

• Extensive Revit skills
• 5-10 years of experience in architectural production
• Skills in drafting and construction administration

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Lumion and Enscape is ideal
• Proficiency in SketchUp and other design software
• Background in architectural design and interior design
• Education typically from trade school/community college; an accredited degree in architecture is not necessary

Work Environment

You will work in an open office space located in uptown, next to a popular coffee shop. The role comes with a full compensation package and benefits.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $75000.00

Full company benefits, PTO, holidays, full in office ability to work hybrid and remote if needed, also offer accrued vacation

This is a fully onsite position in Charlotte,NC.
