Job Title: Architectural Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to provide design and construction documentation support for K-12 projects in the Maryland area. You will collaborate with stakeholders and internal team members to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and technical support (CDs) to K-12 projects in Howard, Montgomery County, and surrounding areas.
• Work in a collaborative team environment while supporting all phases of architecture.
• Develop construction documents and schematic designs.
• Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software for drafting and documentation.
• Engage in sustainable design practices.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in construction documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 5 years of progressive architecture experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Indesign and Lumion (preferred but not required).
• Design experience in educational projects, particularly K-12.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr.
