Job Title: Architectural Designer

Job Description

The Project Designer is responsible for the creation and production of technical drawings to support all aspects of our Architecture and Interior Design projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and produce technical drawings for various Architecture and Interior Design projects.
• Utilize Revit for drafting and design tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Make site visits once a month initially, potentially increasing to weekly.

Essential Skills

• Architectural Degree - associates, bachelors, or 2-year technical certification.
• 1-3 years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in Revit.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience in interior design.
• Strong drafting and design skills.

Work Environment

Work in an office setting with a team of 16 members, including 4 other drafters. Enjoy a family atmosphere with half days on Fridays. This role requires in-person attendance with no work-from-home options. You will work on commercial projects, primarily in retail and healthcare. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $23.00/hr.
