Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer with a focus on commercial projects, particularly in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and construction documents, and be proficient in Revit. This role involves collaborating with clients and team members to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and needs.
• Conduct design workshops and translate concepts into practical solutions.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit for design and drafting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and sustainability in all designs.
• Work on healthcare, senior living, educational, and commercial projects.
• Engage in master planning and tenant improvements.
• Maintain communication with clients and incorporate their feedback into designs.
• Collaborate with interior designers, engineers, and other team members.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.87/hr.
