Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on multifamily residential projects. Proficiency in REVIT is essential, and experience with NYCHA (New York City Housing Authority) projects is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design architectural plans for multifamily residential projects.
- Utilize REVIT software to create detailed and accurate architectural drawings.
- Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
- Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in architectural design, specifically in multifamily residential projects.
- Proficiency in REVIT software.
- Experience with NYCHA projects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
